Japanese Curry

Do you like Japanese Style Curry? 🍛

Ingredients : (4 servings)

  • 1 Carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Onions, minced
  • 500g Meat of your choice, chopped
  • Curry sauce mix (100g)
  • 600ml water

Recipe : 

1 – In a large pot, stir-fry the meat and the vegetables with a bit of oil on medium heat for about 5 min.

2 – Add the water, bring it to boil. Reduce heat and  simmer until the meat and vegetables are tender (approx. 15min)

3 – Add the curry sauce mix in the water. Stir well until sauce mix is completely melted and simmer for 5 more minutes.

4 – Remove from heat. Serve with steamed rice and enjoy.
