Honey Citron Tea commonly known as yuja-cha or yuja-tea, a traditional Korean tea made from citron or yuzu. The citron is known for its distinct taste and aroma and is actually quite tart in flavor. Packed with vitamin C, it is traditionally used to treat colds, ease cough, relieve sore throats, stimulate digestion, and even said to enhance skin complexion.
Add 2-3 teaspoons in hot or cold water, stir well, and enjoy. Spread it on toast, put in a smoothie with yogurt, on oatmeal, ice creams, etc.
