  1. Shrimp Fried Rice with Chiu Chow Chili Oil (LKK):
  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 10 shrimp
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 tablespoon of LEE KUM KEE Chiu Chow Chilli Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Peel and devein the shrimp, then chop them into small pieces. Dice the onion, carrot, and green onion. In a pan, scramble the eggs in a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the diced vegetables and shrimp to the pan and cook until the shrimp turn pink. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce to the pan and stir-fry until the rice is heated through. Finally, add a tablespoon of LEE KUM KEE Chiu Chow Chilli Oil and stir-fry for another minute.

  1. Chinese-style Shrimp Fried Noodles with Chiu Chow Chili Oil (LKK):
  • 200g of Chinese noodles
  • 10 shrimp
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of LEE KUM KEE Chiu Chow Chilli Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Cook the Chinese noodles in boiling water until tender. Peel and devein the shrimp, then chop them into small pieces. Dice the onion, carrot, green onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili pepper. Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the diced vegetables and shrimp to the pan and cook until the shrimp turn pink. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the pan and stir-fry until everything is evenly mixed. Finally, add a tablespoon of LEE KUM KEE Chiu Chow Chilli Oil and stir-fry for another minute.
