This is an old noodle, somen noodles, with the same old devotion. Try a variety of dishes with one somen on a bad day. You can use it in a variety of ways, from banquet noodles to bibim noodles, kongguksu, and golbengi somen.

Since ancient times, there has been a custom of eating noodles on birthdays, saying,'Eating noodles makes you live longer.' It is said that whenever there is a big problem in the house, such as a wedding feast or sixtieth birthday feast, the noodles are boiled and served in a large bamboo basket, and anchovies are boiled in a broth to serve the guests. As such, noodles have a close relationship with the dietary life of our people. Ottogi's old noodle is an aged noodle made of Daugasu, and the noodles are chewy and soft and do not spread well, so they boast firmness in any dish. On a bad day, try a simple noodle dish with somen

Storage Conditions

Preparation And Usage
"150g per serving
Put 1L of water in a pot and add the noodles when it boils completely.
The moment you hold the center of the noodle and put it in the water, let go of your hand and the noodle will spread like this. It's great because it doesn't clump and goes into boiling water evenly.
When it boils gently, pour the extra cold water prepared in a circle shape. This process adds elasticity to the noodles. After pouring cold water, stir evenly once. And if you boil it a little more, it will be properly cooked. I don't like the spreading noodles, so if you talk about the time to boil them elastically and chewy, there are slight differences between products, but on average, 4 minutes and 30 seconds is adequate.
Now, when the noodles are properly boiled, I'll rinse them in cold running water. Always cold cold water. Ice may be used if possible. In this way, you need to thoroughly wash away the starch remaining on the surface of the noodle and the bubbles caused by it in order to feel a chewy noodle without being lumpy."

Flour (wheat: produced in Australia, USA), refined salt (made in Korea) This product is manufactured in the same manufacturing facilities as products using soybeans, eggs, and buckwheat. Store in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight. · Keep the noodles sealed after use, and eat them as soon as possible as there is a risk of deterioration of the boiled noodles.
