Preparation And Usage

Put 1L of water in a pot and add the noodles when it boils completely.
The moment you hold the center of the noodle and put it in the water, let go of your hand and the noodle will spread like this. It's great because it doesn't clump and goes into boiling water evenly.
When it boils gently, pour the extra cold water prepared in a circle shape. This process adds elasticity to the noodles. After pouring cold water, stir evenly once. And if you boil it a little more, it will be properly cooked. I don't like the spreading noodles, so if you talk about the time to boil them elastically and chewy, there are slight differences between products, but on average, 4 minutes and 30 seconds is adequate.
Now, when the noodles are properly boiled, I'll rinse them in cold running water. Always cold cold water. Ice may be used if possible. In this way, you need to thoroughly wash away the starch remaining on the surface of the noodle and the bubbles caused by it in order to feel a chewy noodle without being lumpy."
