HOW TO COOK?

-Placed the clean chicken on a plate
-Stuff the chicken with Sweet rice and a couple of garlic cloves
-Place the chicken in a medium-size pot with 4-5 cups of water Add the garlic, Ginger, Jujubes, and Ginseng
-Bring it to a boil over medium-high heat
-Cover and boil for 30-40 minutes
-Serve with Chopped Scallions, Salt, and Pepper on the side.
