Refund & Exchange Policy

1004 Gourmet guarantees the exchange, return and refund according to the following:

Products can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 7 days after date of purchase

If the supplied products differ from the advertised content, the product can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.

If you wish to cancel or return a product, you can do so by contacting our online service center 04 882 9882. Our customer service team will assist you throughout the process.

How does return policy work?

01 Initiate a Return

Contact our call centre at 04-882-9882, provide them with the following details: Your complete name, registered mobile number and invoice number plus the item you wish to return.

02 Schedule for Pick-up

A pick-up will be scheduled by our customer service representative once the item has been validated as per the information provided.

03 Return the Item

Pack the item in its original state and packaging and hand it over to our delivery team for returning to our warehouse.

04 Refund Proceed

Once we received your returned item, our representative will inspect and will call for the refund procedure.

Terms & Conditions

1004 Gourmet guarantees the exchange, return and refund according to the following:

  1. Products can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 7 days after date of purchase
  2. If the supplied products differ from the advertised content, the product can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt
  3. Please note that the following items cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned;

a) If the product was damaged after delivery, the product will not be exchanged, refunded or returned
b) Undergarments, makeup and other hygienic products will not be exchanged, refunded or returned for hygiene reasons (unused cosmetic products can be returned or exchanged)
c) Damaged packaging of a product will not be exchanged, refunded or returned
d) Products bought from other stores and not from 1004 Gourmet will not be exchanged, refunded or returned
e) Refund, exchange or return of the product will be possible at the branch where the product was bought

If you wish to cancel or return a product, you can do so by contacting our online service center 04 882 9882. Our customer service team will assist you throughout the process.

Cancelling After Delivery & Payment

If you wish to cancel your order after delivery and cash payment has been made, we will provide cash refund and return the points that were used within 7 working days. All products should be in original form. If you are returning an item that has been delivered correctly, delivery charges will not be reimbursed and additional 20 Dhs will be charged for picking up and refunding the transaction. To check the balance of your points, please head to My Account > My Points.

Credit Card Payment

In case the payment was made by credit card, you will need to provide the same credit card to receive the refund. It will take up to 14 working days for the credit to be reflected back in your account. For inquiries regarding your credit card, please contact your bank. If you are returning an item that has been delivered correctly, delivery charges will not be reimbursed and additional 20 Dhs will be charged for picking up and refunding the transaction.
