Bibigo Sundae-Guk (Non-Muslim)

Sundaeguk is made from Korean’s blood sausage — sundae. The soup is prepared from a flavorful broth that includes sundae, pieces of fatty pork belly, liver, lungs, bits of cartilage and gopchang (small intestine) and vegetables. Add noodles or serve rice on the side. It is said to be an excellent hangover remedy and is usually enjoyed with kimchi, kkakdugi, or other Korean side dishes.
